In my advisory with Ms.Binns we play games to help us learn more strategies not just in the games but the strategies help us in real life problems too, for example we played this game where we had to cross the other side of the classroom blind folded and we had to trust our partner and move where they told us without bumping into the chairs. This can help us to trust our pers more. And a grade i think i deserve on growth mindset for this unit is a 3 cause I’ve been participating on the all the games.

In Advisory we did a banner that had to do with a core value which was curiosity. The class represented this core value on our banner we all created a tinny banner with our names with a decoration and wrote curiosity on the banner. We all first decided on a core value we wanted our banner to be about then our advisory teacher Ms.Binns got us supplies to decorate our banner such as markers, fabric etc. Then we all had a small piece of fabric and we decorated it our own way and put our name on it, then our teacher Ms.Binns let our art dry and then pinned it to the big fabric where everyone’s art was. The whole advisory collaborated we all discussed about what our core value should be for our banner then we gave each other ideas for what type of decorations should be on the banner.
